  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet with cooking spray or butter.

  2. Mix the Ingredients:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed and well-drained chopped spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, black pepper, salt, crushed red pepper flakes (if using), chopped green onions (if using), and chopped fresh parsley (if using). Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

  3. Transfer to Baking Dish:

    • Transfer the spinach dip mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.

  4. Top with Cheese:

    • Sprinkle the cheese on top.

  5. Bake:

    • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.

  6. Serve:

    • Once baked, remove the spinach dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

    • Serve the baked spinach dip warm with your favorite dippers such as sliced baguette, crackers, tortilla chips, or vegetable sticks.
